Azul Seahorses - a big, blue, beachfront island escape! This gorgeous Palm Beach home features 3 decks, a chef’s kitchen, game room, 3 king bedrooms, and quick access to the beach. Perfect for families or couples traveling together, 11 people and up to 2 pups will love calling this beach house home!

This well-appointed beachfront home has all the extras. Unloading is easy with an elevator that stops at all levels. The main level king bedroom has a private en suite bath, while the Queen pyramid bunk bedroom is perfect for adults or kids of any age. Upstairs, the luxurious, primary king suite boasts a jetted tub, large shower, deck access and a beautiful view of the Gulf. Another king bedroom is attached to the hall bath upstairs, and additional guests can sleep in the living area’s pullout sofa or in the upper landing’s twin sleeper chair.

Speaking of upstairs, the pool table, wet bar, and deck access in the upper level game room are sure to see lots of time with your family or friends. The main level living area is bright and airy with the wall of windows and comfy tropical seating. Nearby, you’ll find the chef’s kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, Viking gas range, and an ice maker.

When you’re ready to ride the waves or soak in the sun, the beach is only a few steps away. The patio’s enclosed outdoor shower is perfect for washing up after a day of fun. Enjoy the Galveston sunset from the patio picnic table, and reminisce about another great beach break as the sun sets over the bay.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Wonderful!
Loved this property! Perfect for our elderly guests who used the elevator and it made all the difference in terms of walking on the beach and coming and going. The house was so livable and provided many activities, amenities, and a beautiful location with wonderfulk views! Highly recommend and will return!
