The bright pops of color and warm furnishings set the mood for a fun yet relaxing Island escape. Invite your loved ones to sit back on the plush leather sectional and discuss the day’s plans. The family chefs will be busy in the fully-equipped kitchen, using the stainless steel appliances, large pantry, and abundant counter space. Snacks are easy to serve from the breakfast bar or nearby wet bar, and family meals together can happen at the dining table for 10.
Upstairs, the loft features a foosball table and fun Capcom arcade machine. Nearby, the primary king suite boasts deck access, Gulf views, a sitting area, and a large en suite bathroom with a double vanity, garden tub, and walk-in shower. Another king suite is just down the hall. Back on the main level, you’ll find a third king suite, as well as a pyramid bunk room that sleeps up to 6.
Start your days on the partially covered deck. Relax in the shade, or catch some rays on plentiful outdoor seating. The beach is right there, so walk down the steps and head to the neighborhood access point for a day of fun in the sun. It’ll be a trip to remember for the whole family (pups included!)!

PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

No Wi-Fi!
Waited for Xfinity on our fourth day with no Wi-Fi. So I wasn’t able to do any of my work I had taken with me
Got locked out on second floor balcony because the shutter got stuck. Waited for the shutter company on fourth day also.. needless to say the Wi-Fi was fixed the day we left, the shutter was never fixed so no second story view of the beach.

We are very sorry that Xfinity was not able to address the internet issue more quickly. Unfortunately, we are not able to control Xfinity's technician schedule, which is why we always recommend bringing your own hot spot if connectivity is a must during your trip. (As outlined in the Rental Policy information provided during Step 2 of the Vrbo booking process.)
We are also sorry that the shutter motor stopped working during your stay. As discussed with the shutter technician, it could be left open or closed, but it wouldn't be moveable until the motor part came in that was needed for the repair. We can certainly understand your decision to opt for closed to be able to enjoy sleeping in on your beach vacation!
We know how important vacation time is, and how frustrating it is when unexpected issues arise during your stay. We were happy to issue a partial refund for inconveniences you experienced when we communicated last week. If you need another receipt for that credit emailed to you, please let us know.

The house was very spacious. There was 13 adults and felt comfortable in the space. The house itself is a bit outdated, the kitchen pots and pans, utensils, and all kitchen equipment should be replaced. There was no extra pillows and blankets for the pullout beds, we had to ask for them. A house that can sleep and hold up to 14 persons, the outside seating did not accommodate. Overall we had a nice long weekend and reunion.
Just got home from a great 3-night stay. The location was fantastic! We had three families staying there and it worked great. There was supposed to be another couple that had to cancel last minute but even if they came, we would have fit comfortably. Loved the storm shutters because they blacked out the rooms well to help the kids sleep in a little too. Hope to stay again another time!
Overall it was a good trip but I would recommend performing a little tlc to the house. A few things were inoperable but it didn’t prevent us from enjoying our family vacation for the kids.

Beach getaway
House was spacious but really outdated. Carpets where filthy and reaches the size of my sandals
The house was very nice and, even though it was on the second row, it had good views of the water. The beach access was a very short walk.
The main living area and kitchen were very spacious, and we really enjoyed the large sectional seating.
The only minor improvements we might suggest are upgraded cookware and small appliances.
Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this house.
