The property was well air-conditioned upon our arrival and we found the accommodations to be charming and very welcoming, The kitchen provided everything needed to prepare meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Over all we had a great stay. Beach was right there. The hot tub was small but relaxing. Back yard was fenced in grill and fire pit. Our pup Charlie had a great time too. Eric responded right away with any questions. Would go back. Great neighbors the. Camp was very spacious beds were in great shape when they say it sleeps 14 then some upstairs very cozy nice camp I lucked out

Everything went very smoothly with the rental. Communication was very good. They responded very quickly to one issue and had someone stop by to explain it. The cabin was very clean and accessible to the beach. Mainly my daughters and 5 grandchildren stayed there although my wife and I spent a few days before and after their visit. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows in the backyard and having the lawn chairs for the beach.

Great end of summer stay

Clean, centrally located everything provided for a beach stay- sand toys towels beach chairs relaxing front porch backyard fire pit and gas grill- Washer dryer and central air all the amenities of home

Nice spacious property

Three-night stay in Sylvan Beach NY. Quiet residential area close to the lake/ beach, but close enough to Sylvan Beach activities (within walking distance). We had a wonderful time.

House is in great location. Property Manager response time was excellent. It was fairly clean inside, but it's old and not really kept up. Backyard wasn't mowed.

Impression of this property is that it requires serious cleaning; floors very dirty; old, expired foodstuffs in refrigerator and cupboords; dirty dishes/silverware in cupboards; no dishsoap provided; no dishwasher soap provided; counters and cupboards need intense scrubbing; all cupboards/drawers need to be organized; wary about electrical wiring; extension cords almost abusive in outlets; no portable heaters found, very cold; no intructions for use of television; no instructions for use of wall heater in main room; spiders and nests in windows/bathroom/bedrooms;

Sylvan beach

The place was very dusty and lots of little bugs everywhere and the hot tub turned green on the second day so we could not use it after the second day! If they left instructions we could have done something to fix it! You could sleep many people which was a plus! The dryer had so much lint it wasn’t drying and my husband took 4 inches thick of lint out of the dryer and down the hole such a fire hazard! Not sure why the cleaning people did not clean out the lint!
