Holiday house Weinhäusel - Schlossblick inclusive

The Weinhäusel with its 95 square meters can accommodate up to 5 people. Our guests have two double rooms, a single room as well as an open plan living-kitchen with balcony. Furthermore, there is a shower room and an additional toilet. The existing storage room offers enough space to safely stow your bikes, for example.
Whether you want to relax with us or make excursions in the region, we offer you the ideal start for your activities!


During your stay we offer the following service:

Cozy and comfortable

We enjoyed the immaculately clean house located in a sort of neighborhood just outside Neustadt. Our neighbors were all wineries! We really didn’t spend a lot of time in the house…out visiting Christmas markets, but the nights were quiet and dark-great for sleeping!

Entspannend in der Natur

Sehr gute Lokation um in der Umgebung Ausflüge und Wanderungen zu machen. Für unsere Gruppe ausreichend und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich den Whirlpool gem. Anzeige haben wir nicht gefunden aber auch nicht vermisst.

Wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Ausstattung (trotz viel Erfahrung hatte ich noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Küche). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Lage war das Sahnehäubchen. Wer gerne in die Pfalz fährt, sollte das Weinhäusel unbedingt mal ausprobieren. ;-)

Wohl fühlen im Weinhäusl.

Wir haben uns im Weinhäusl absolut wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und behaglich. Die Lage ist top. Der Empfang durch Frau Klauke war sehr freundlich.

Superhübsches Ferienhaus mit wundervollem Blick aufs Hambacher Schloss

In dem von Frau Klauke angebotenen Ferienhaus durften wir uns zu fünft für ein Wochenendausflug einmieten und sehr schöne Stunden darin verbringen. Das hübsch und modern eingerichtete Haus ist ruhig gelegen und bietet jeglichen Komfort. Uns hat es wahrlich an nichts gefehlt und auch die zuvorkommende Art der Gastgeberin hat uns überzeugt. Vom freundlichen Kontakt vorab, über den Willkommensgruß nach unserer Ankunft bis hin zum abschließenden Abschiedsgruß. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt und können uns einen erneuten Besuch vorstellen. Nicht zuletzt, weil uns die netten Nachbarn gegenüber spontan eine erlebnisreiche Weinprobe ermöglicht haben und wir auch von dieser Seite aus mit den "besten Grüßen aus der Pfalz" glücklich und zufrieden über ein tolles Wochenende zurück ins Badner Ländle fahren durften. Wer sich gern an ein rundum gelungenes Wochenende zurück erinnert, macht natürlich gern Werbung und kommt noch viel lieber selbst zurück... =) Wir wünschen Frau Klauke und ihrer Familie alles Gute und sagen noch einmal Herzlichen Dank.

Top Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Lage

Mit seiner modernen Einrichtung hebt sich das Ferienhäusel deutlich vom leider immer noch dominierenden „Gelsenkirchener Barock“ Stil in de Region ab. Alles was man heutzutage an Ausstattung braucht ist vorhanden, das WLAN erlaubt Streaming. Die nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin sorgt für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. So muss das sein! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt in der schönen Pfalz gebucht.

Wunderschönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus

Wir - 5 Damen - verbrachten ein kurzweiliges Wochenende in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief wunderbar reibungslos, auch die Übergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert, es fehlt an nichts und es ist blitzsauber. Dazu kommt die tolle Lage. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus, wir werden sicher wiederkommen. Danke Frau Klauke für die nette Gastfreundschaft.

Familienurlaub

Sehr gut und modern ausgestattetes Objekt in ruhiger Lage. Es ist alles da, was man zu einem Familienurlaub (auch mit kleinen Kindern) braucht. Ruhige Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den Weinbergen und mit Blick auf das Hambacher Schloss. Sehr guter Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin schon vor Reisebeginn. Herzlicher Empfang und persönliche Vorstellung des Objektes. Objekt werden wir bestimmt wieder einmal nutzen. Kleines Manko, ein fest gekennzeichneter Parkplatz am Haus wäre wünschenswert.

Geniale Lage

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im top renovierten Haus der Familie Brod. Die Lage und die Sicht auf das Schloss waren super. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu Fuss oder mit dem Rad.
