Excellent house

We really enjoyed the house and can fully recommend it for those visiting the Weinstrasse. A good note is that the included parking fits a large van.

Das CASA PI liegt in Forst in bester Lage. Eine große Wohnküche in der es an nichts fehlt, reichlich Schlafgelenheiten, ein modernes Bad und alles im Ambiente eines rustikalen Hauses mit knarrenden Holzböden und charmantem Flair.

Super Schön

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus mit Parkplatz vor der Tür. Mitten im Ort, gutes Weingut gegenüber. Perfekt für uns. Die Ausstattung ist vollkommen ausreichend, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche ist ein sehr gemütlicher Ort und die Terrasse mit Blick in die Weinberge hat absolut Charme.Die organisatorischen Dinge haben super geklappt und die Vermieter sind sehr nette Menschen.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und hatten genug Platz für 5 Personen. Forst ist reizvoll, wie auch die Umgebung. Im Haus war alles da, was man braucht und der Vermieter sehr unterstützend. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

Ok, aber auch nur Ok

Oberflächlich sauber, eine komplette Tiefenreinigung Haus und Terrasse wäre mal nötig. Der Online-Auftritt sollte detaillierter sein, z. Bsp. kein direkter Zugang zur Terrasse. Ein klares No go: keine Dubbegläser im Haus!!! Kontakt zum Vermieter dafür aber Top. Kontakt

Eigentlich......

Eigentlich ein schönes Haus, mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Aber, in der Anzeigen wird das Durchgangszimmer, in dem geschlafen wird nicht beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit im Bad und WC waren ganz ok, geht besser. In der Küche fanden wir verschmutztes Besteck, befleckte Gläser und Teller, so dass wir alles spülten, bevor wir es benutzen konnten. Das Glasregal neben dem Ofen war stark klebend und fettverschmutzt. Die hintere, kleine Gasflamme des Ofens brennt nicht immer. Mal geht sie an, mal nicht. Bei Benutzung des Backofens entwisch der Dampf hinten an der Arbeitsplatte, anschließend klackerte der Gasanzünder des umgebauten Herdes. Die Terrasse könnte sehr schön sein, war aber stark verschmutzt. Die Türklinke der Küchentür fiel entweder ständig ab, oder man hatte sie beim Schließen der Tür in der Hand. Somit fanden wir den Preis für das eigentlich schöne Haus nicht gerechtfertigt. Nach einer Grundreinigung und Beseitigung der Mängel, sicher ein schönes altes Haus.

Schönes Haus, leider unliebsam gepflegt

Das Haus hat eine schöne Ausstrahlung und die Lage ist perfekt. Die Beschreibung des Objektes z.Bsp.: Whirlpool Badewanne entspricht nicht dem tatsächlichen Zustand. Das Haus müsste dringend Grundgereinigt werden und vieles ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für Wandern um Pfälzer Wald und Weinverkosten in fußläufiger Entfernung genau die richtige Adresse.

Urlaubs-Zuhause

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlich und freundlich eingerichteten Haus für die zwei Wochen " wie Zuhause" gefühlt. Sehr schöne Umgebung mit vielen Weinstuben und Restaurationen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mitten in besten Weinlagen

Wir haben ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Weinstrasse verbringen dürfen. Unsere beiden Vierbeiner haben sich dort, genauso wie wir, sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist eingezäunt und "ausbruchsicher". Erreicht wird er über den Hof, dann durch die Waschküche und das Billiardzimmer. Dieser Bereich wird auch als Eingang der Nachbarin genutzt. Aber alles ganz easy... Das Haus liegt perfekt...in der unmittelbaren Nachbarschaft finden sich reichlich Winzer, Weingüter und urige Weinstuben. Nach wenigen Metern ist man direkt in den besten Weinlagen. Ausgangspunkt für kurze oder lange Wanderungen oder Radtouren... Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. An den Whirlpool statt einer Dusche gewöhnt man sich schnell. Die Matratzen sind top (wir können das beurteilen...) und das WLAN sehr stabil. Aber es gibt auch allerhand Bücher im Haus... Forst und die Weinstraße ist ein kleines Idyll..man könnte glauben, hier ist die Zeit stehen geblieben. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung, nicht nur Weinliebhaber!
