Chic Paris Studio - Le Marais Retreat

Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the 4th arrondissement with this chic studio apartment located on the 5th floor of a secure residential building (without an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

This is a well-designed studio in a great location near Place de la République. The sleeping area features a double bed with a superior quality mattress and a single sofa-bed. The studio has both street and courtyard views. The bathroom features a shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, stove and drip coffee machine. A clothes washer is available. The studio is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Good to know before you book



Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 3 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The building has no lift, and the apartment is on the 5th floor, accessible by stairs only. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

The Neighborhood:

Rue d'Ormesson is one of those short, cobbled streets in Le Marais that feels like it belongs to a different century. Steps away sits the Place des Vosges, Paris's oldest and most beautiful square, framed by red-brick arcaded buildings and fountains that are perfect for a slow morning stroll or a lazy afternoon with a coffee. The surrounding streets are alive with independent boutiques, art galleries and some of the city's best dining. The legendary Marché des Enfants Rouges, Paris's oldest covered market, is a short walk north and a wonderful spot to graze on Moroccan pastries, Japanese bento or French cheese at any time of day. Around the corner on Rue des Rosiers, the historic Jewish Quarter delivers some of the finest falafel in the city, while the bistros and wine bars lining Rue de Bretagne and Rue Vieille du Temple keep the neighbourhood buzzing well into the evening.



Beyond the immediate neighbourhood, all of central Paris feels within easy reach. The Centre Pompidou, with its iconic inside-out architecture and world-class collection of modern and contemporary art, is a ten-minute walk away. The Île de la Cité, home to Notre-Dame de Paris currently undergoing its spectacular restoration, is just across the Seine, alongside the jewel-like Sainte-Chapelle and the charming Île Saint-Louis with its famous Berthillon ice cream. History lovers will find the Musée Carnavalet practically on the doorstep, and the elegant Hôtel de Ville is just minutes away on foot. Whether you're after a Michelin-starred meal, a vintage find in a hidden courtyard boutique, or simply an espresso at a pavement terrace watching Parisian life go by, this corner of the 4th arrondissement delivers it all.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
