- a modern kitchen, separate and fully equipped with fridge, hob, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, a grid -Bread, dishes accordingly and cooking utensils.
- In a laundry room with a washer, dryer, storage space and dressing
- a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a coffee table, carpet, furniture on which is placed a HDTV, DVD, Ipod speaker, an internet connection. Small library. a dining area with a table and 4 chairs.

The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
