Nivoliers, small hamlet on the Causse Méjean, 15 km from FLORAC and MEYRUEIS. In the middle of a wild nature, on the edge of the Cévennes National Park and at an altitude of 1000 metres. A typical Caussenarde detached stone house under a slate roof.

Private heated salt water swimming pool (7x4m), available from 13 June to 19 September.
May/June/September/October 5 nights minimum.
July/August to weekdays from Saturday to Saturday.
Electric heating/ electricity and water included in the price(except electric car charging).
Large private car park with 3 spaces.
Sheets(15€/bed), cleaning (80€) optional.
High chair and cot on request.
Pets not allowed and fireplace not usable.

On the garden level: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) with Italian shower room and separate toilet (not communicating with the 1st floor). Charcoal barbecue (not provided).

On the ground floor: living room opening onto the large terrace facing the pool, kitchen area (gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, filter and capsule coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine etc...), separate toilet, wifi fibre internet, living room with 2 sofas, fireplace (not usable) and TNT television, dvd player. Several board games, books and DVD films, toys and children's books in the house.
Shower mat, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, condiments and oil present in the house.

On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140), 1 single bedroom (4 in 90, including 1 pull-out), bathroom with Italian shower.
