Lake Wequaquet is a fully recreational 654 acre lake. Relax on the deck in the front for full sun and beautiful views of the lake. Want some shade and privacy- kick back on the large deck out back! We hope you enjoy our home and make memories with your friends and family!

Coastal modern and comfortable! Enjoy outdoor dining and use of the grill. Fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy new kitchen appliances, keep cool with brand new AC units, all newly renovated bathrooms. Each room has a closet with hangers and a laundry basket. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, hand soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, paper towels, are some of the amenities provided. We have Xfinity for internet and have no problems with the signal, downloading, uploading, zoom calls etc.

Fabulous Girls Trip

This house was perfect for our Girls Trip! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do. The house was well furnished with everything we could have needed and the owners were so great to work with. Overall, everyone in our group was impressed with the accommodations and would stay here again if we are ever on the cape again. Highly recommend for a family or girls trip.

Perfect Vacation Home

The property was ideal for 4 adult women’s annual reunion on the Cape. The house was immaculate and decorated tastefully. Each of the 4 bedrooms has comfortable beds. The bathrooms are updated, clean and well equipped. The kitchen was easy for preparing and sharing meals. The outside decks each has comfortable furniture, are serene and perfect for outside dining. We had a wonderful stay and thank our hosts!

Perfect house

This house was incredibly well designed and very clean. It was perfect in every way. We enjoyed our stay so much. The owners are amazing, very helpful and quick to respond. We’ve rented many houses on VRBO and are pretty picky. This is one of the best stays we have had!

Wonderful Stay - So many perks!

We loved our stay in Centerville - the house is beautiful and exactly as described. Sunny, clean, updated, but still cozy. Our family loved staying in it and Allison went above and beyond to accomdate us. We are so appreciative. We used the kids wagon, swan in the lake, and grilled outside. It's a perfect place for all ages to gather.

Beautiful House

We all had a fantastic time in this house. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described. Communication with the owners was fantastic. We had some rainy weather and the house had plenty of games and movies for the kids. Super close to the beach for when the sun came out. If we come back to the cape we would definitely book this property again.

Views from every window

This is a beautiful Cape Cod house on a pond with a five minute walk to a lake beach. The photos of this property don’t do it justice. From the front there is a beautiful view of the lake, from the back a pond full of lily pads. The bedrooms are large and the living area is cozy with plenty of seating. The kitchen is well appointed and easy for meal prep. The large deck looks out over the pond, or you can sit on front deck and look out onto the lake. The house feels very private; the road is quiet and doesn’t obstruct the view of the lake. The location is ideal—close to beaches and shopping. Although we didn’t have any problems, the hosts communicated check in procedure well ahead of time and made us feel very welcome.

Terrific Family Trip in the Perfect Spot!

The home, the location, and the hosts were all fantastic! We arrived to an immaculately clean and neat home, fully stocked with everything we could need, and more! The layout was fantastic for our two families of four. Use of the laundry, grill, games, kitchenware, etc. made us feel right at home. We visited during a heatwave, and the air conditioning kept the home nice and cool throughout week. Lake views during morning coffee on the front deck and evening drinks on the back deck were a perfect touch. Use of the lake beach was easy and fun with our kids ages 6-9. The location was terrific - allowing us to access multiple beaches, a boat trip out of Hyannis, mini-golf and museum in Yarmouth, etc. with minimal time spent in the car. The hosts went above and beyond with their kindness and responsiveness, and our entire group is grateful and appreciative! Thank you!

A wonderful getaway

A Cape Cod gem! The home is located near a lake/beach and is perfect for a family who is looking for a getaway. The house has a spacious backyard and a deck where you can grill your meals and have outdoor meals. The layout is perfect for up to 8 people with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked. Allison was a wonderful host and provided everything we needed. We will be back!
