If you have a student at Belmont or Vanderbilt, this is the perfect place. We were able to walk to see our granddaughter's fashion show at Belmont, and she was able to hang out with us at the condo. It was exactly as listed: clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of free parking. We enjoyed our three night stay so much!
