We had a beautiful week and the house was perfect for our needs. Lots of space, 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, gave everyone all the room we needed. Location was wonderful as well. We really loved the screened in porch for the evening.

Great group stay!!!

This house was perfectly located close to the beach and close to all amenities in Dewey Beach. The set up was perfect for our large group of 10 and everything we needed to make our stay pleasant was provided. This home definitely needs some fixing up here and there, but other than that it was a great property for our vacation.

Not up to expectations

There was no remote for living room TV, we found a cherry tomato under a chair and crumbs throughout living room. It honestly was not worth the cost. As far as we know no one came out re the TV. In short, it was cleaner when we left than when we arrived. The area was nice, the tenants downstairs friendly, but you need an exterminator for the ants and a real cleaning service - you can't depend on your tenants to clean properly for a new tenant.

Unforetanelty, ants are very common at the beach. We always recommend to make sure your food is put away and their are not crumbs on the counters and floors. Ants love to snack just as much as we do! We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay with us and you will return in the future.
