We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is extremely well done and filled with everything you need. Excellent coffee pods, comfortable beds, spacious backyard.
We stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We loved the hot tub, space to run around and super comfy beds and linens. Would definitely visit again!
We stayed at this home in a nice setting! The accuracy of this listing was on point. The owner is very easy to communicate with. Made things really easy. Clean hot tub! Only a few things could have been better, but that is with any property that is rented out.
We had a lovely stay. The house has all the essentials and a large main bathroom. Nice smart TVs also. We were able to take short drives to Warwick and Sugarloaf. Thank you to the hosts!
Beautiful cottage, well stocked, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Perfect for my family to celebrate the holiday.

It was fine
The property grounds are beautiful , the seclusion of the area was delightful. But everything else needs to be updated from the towels to the pots and pans. Things are dingy or dirty.

Great property nice and cozy for a group of 6. Rooms and house were clean and very organized host provided coffee and bath basics. House was equipped with family games and kitchen and living room and deck all open floor plan. Working jacuzzi which was great after hitting the slopes and a lot of backyard space for kids to roam around. The host was communicative throughout the stay. Warwick town was 20 mins away and mount Peter was 15 mins away Woodbury commons are 20 mins away . Overall would stay again great stay for a quick weekend.
It was a ranch home. Where I was born and raised, that’s what it is, a ranch home, not a farmhouse. The property is Not on a farm. I noticed this when I looked at the photos before renting, and it didn’t stop me from booking, just something we noted. We had to deal with a couple of issues, but not but not big enough of a concern to give a bad rating. They had a water leak in the bathroom, toilet line connection. I fixed as best I could with no tools but I did report it and they said they would take care of it. The washing machine is in serious need of service. It has something wrong with the balance on spinning like a broken spring or stabilizing shock. Every time it would spin, it would bang so loudly, that it scared the grandkids. Again, not a big enough issue to cause us to not want to stay. Just items that I am sure are fixed for the next renters to enjoy. The area was nice and was a quiet neighborhood.
We felt well taken care of- the house was warm with the fireplace going when we arrived and when it snowed the driveway was plowed and the sidewalk shoveled. The showers were hot and the beds so cozy! Would recommend to others!
Beautifully decorated, private home. We had an amazing couple days. A true retreat. Host was attentive and did their best to make the home a true oasis.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. The average rating is because there was an enormous pile of garbage, cardboard boxes on almost the side of the house so we were not very happy seeing that upon arrival and there was scattered garbage on the property. The house is cute, but could use hooks for towels and garbage bins in each room/bathroom. Hottub is lovely.
We really enjoyed our weekend stay. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and she was thrilled with aesthetic. The owner was very communicative throughout our stay and checking in and out was breeze.
