Nestled in the mountains is this fabulous town home awaiting your arrival. As you walk through the door you will instantly relax. Take a moment, enjoy the spectacular treed views of Granite Mountain, notice the absolute quiet like nowhere else.

LARGE LIVING SPACE:
The Living room, kitchen and dining area all blend together offering a fantastic area to mix and relax. A large screen 52' TV let you see your favorite shows with ease.

KITCHEN
There is everything you'll need to prepare the simple or gourmet. Beautiful stainless steel appliances, fridge, gas stove, microwave and if you need that extra kick, there is an regular drip coffee maker and Nespresso machine(pods not included) to help get you going.

MASTER BEDROOM/BATH
King size comfort waits you in this pillow top mattress. All beds have down duvets to cozy in on those cool winter nights. Master bath has a soaker tub and separate Steam shower..

Two additional bedrooms upstairs have there own large bath with dual sinks, soaker tub and glassed in shower. Plenty of space to get ready in the morning.

GAMES ROOM
The lowest level game area is perfect for a crew. Large screen TV and DVD player, Foosball table. Large bathroom and additional bedroom complete this area. Includes 2 extra large couches.

PRIVATE HOT TUB
After a long day of activities, there is no better way to relax than your own private hot tub. Relax and enjoy the fabulous views from the deck anytime of the day or evening

ACTIVITIES
Winter: Fantastic skiing, either downhill at Red Mountain, ranked #13 in Skiing magazines top 25 Resorts in North America, or enjoy the more than 30 kms. of cross country trails just minutes from your door step. Spend a day at the spa in the Town of Rossland, just 2 km. drive down the road. The community of Rossland made National Geographic Adventurer’s “10 Great Adventure Towns to Live and Play” in North America and SkiCanada’s 2004 issue named Rossland Canada’s Best Ski Town. The charm and warmth of the people will keep you coming back.

Spring: offers mild temperatures which will often allow you to be skiing in the morning, and then a round of golf in the afternoon.

Summer there are biking trails scattered all over the hillside, challenging to all fitness levels. The cross country trails become fabulous biking trails for the entire family and on the other spectrum The Seven Summits ride offers the ultimate challenge for the biking enthusiast.

A perfect getaway

We stayed for a week of skiing at Red Mtn and the place met all of our needs. It was beautiful but not fussy, with lots of space and storage for humans and gear. Will rent again!

Great place to stay near mountain

This condo worked very well for our group of 6 adults. Everyone had their own bed and there are a good number of bathrooms. It's right near the mountain and a quick ride into town. Kitchen was well stocked and there is a hot tub at the ground level that was clean and worked well. Shelley was also very responsive in addressing any questions. I would stay here again if coming back to Red Mountain.

We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked. Hot tub was clean and hot! The steam shower was a nice extra. Lots of games at the house. Just a short drive to red mountain base.

Red Mountain ski trip

We came for the second half of our annual ski trip. The property was perfect for our group, Well supplied kitchen for cooking, comfortable beds and the hot tub was great. we were less then a 5 minute drive to the mountain. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to go to Red for a ski trip.

Great house with tons of ammenities

This is a beautiful house in a great location! The layout provides a lot of space and privacy for all guests as well as great community spaces for entertaining. The house was very well-stocked with everything we needed, including the kitchen which had a wide variety of items for preparing meals. The communication with the host, Shelley, was great throughout the process. I highly recommend this property!

All was great and as advertised and very clean and kitchen was well stocked. Only thing that could be improved is one bedroom upstairs had a very small window and it would not open so it got very hot and stuffy.
