It extends to a south-east facing dining room, opening directly onto a first terrace located at the front of the house. The bright and comfortable TV lounge features a double south-east and north-east exposure and a sofa. The night part consists of three bedrooms. Two bedrooms, facing south, are each equipped with a 90 cm pullaway bed offering two beds and storage; the second also has an independent entrance overlooking the garden. The third bedroom, facing north-east, is equipped with a double bed in 160 cm. The bathroom with washing machine, accessible only from this third bedroom by two large steep steps or from the outside, completes the night space. Two nice terraces complete the whole, with at the front a large terrace of about 70 m2 and at the rear a second terrace of about 50 m2, partially sheltered by a pergola, ideal for meals and moments of relaxation. Parking is easy and free on the street. The house is well equipped, easy to maintain and particularly pleasant to live. The first shops (pharmacy, grocery stores, etc.) are just 200 metres away, Arcachon's city centre is a 5-minute drive away and the nearest beach is a 20-minute walk away. Animals are not allowed.
