The Cocoonr agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Avignon. It has a surface area of 95 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests.

It consists of a lovely 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bathtub), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 120 m² including a terrace. Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and fireplace (wood provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, three coffee makers (Nespresso, filter and bean-to-cup), etc.
- A bathroom (with shower and bathtub)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)

For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, iron.

Outside:
- A private 10 m² swimming pool (heated on request at an extra charge), open from May 1 to October 31
- A beautiful, enclosed, private garden of around 100 m², facing south
- A south-facing terrace of around 20 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days

The house is ideally located in Avignon, a 10-minute walk from the ramparts and a 20-minute walk from the Palais des Papes.

You will be close to all essential shops, and about a 20-minute walk from boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Air conditioning in the upstairs corridor can cool the bedrooms, there are fans in each bedroom and a large ceiling fan in the living room.
