On the ground floor, an open kitchen opens onto a bright living room that leads to the terrace on the canal side. A west-facing terrace, bathed in sunlight, offers a magnificent view of the marina and the church.

On the first floor, one bedroom features a 140 cm double bed with a sink, while a second bedroom has a bed made of two 90 cm mattresses pushed together, along with a bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the second floor, a third bedroom offers a double bed made of two 90 cm mattresses with a sink and a balcony, while a fourth bedroom has a bunk bed plus a single bed with a sink, as well as a shower room with toilet.
