Cozy, updated studio with intracoastal waterway views and free parking. Awesome location across the street from great restaurants like Bridge Tender, Fish House Grill, Dockside, Bluewater, Brasserie and many more. It is only a mile to the beach. Unit has kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate burner, toaster, and coffee maker. Fully stocked with linens, kitchenware, coffee and tea.
Pool area has tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs for hanging out and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Self check in is provided with keypad entry and private entrance. The Studio is on the 2nd floor with both Stair and Elevator option. Community pool, ice machine, drink vending machine, office with local brochures on site.

The property needed some updating, microwave broken, seating needed more padding, musty smell, pet friendly which was nice, close to restaurants, right on the intercoastal waterway, snacks that were offered was nice, could have offered some k-pods as a special touch.
