Spacious and clean

We enjoyed staying at this property over Mother's Day weekend..we had 9 adults and never felt cramped. it was a short walk to a local brewery and short Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Property in East Nashville

Property is as listed. Great location. Clean and spacious. Had an issue with entry code not working when we arrived. Communication was good with management company., who immediately issued a new code. The only complaint we have is the inflexibility of the mgt. to accommodate early arrivals. We would gladly have paid an additional fee to be able to arrive earlier. We’re told the unit was being cleaned, which we found to be false as we waited several hours prior to check in on the porch. I understand setting policy, but this unit uses a keyless entry system and management knows exactly when the unit is available. As a group of eight seventy-year-olds, we value convenience and flexibility of entry and would be happy to pay for that consideration.

Great for groups!

We had a great stay with a 10 person group over my birthday weekend - kitchen and living room were nice open layout to all hang out in, and the roof decks were also fun to have. Lots of bathrooms and beds for all.

Wish I would have found this place sooner!

This was a perfect place to stay for any occasion! This trip we brought our children, but this is perfect for a couples trip, girls trip, you name it! The neighborhood feels safe. The parking in front and garage under the unit was easy and perfect. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. The beds were so comfy! I loved how each room had its own bathroom with a shower. We both drove down to broadway and Ubered. It is a quick easy drive and a cheap Uber ride. The only disappointment was that I haven’t found this place for all our previous trips! I really hope it’s available for our next trip! The owners were also kind and responded quickly to my questions! Thank you for sharing your beautiful VRBO with us!

NashBash Stay

We enjoyed our mini vacation for a 21st birthday celebration. It was just a quick uber to Broadway, which we enjoyed. Didn’t realize there were so many stairs but having a bedroom on the lower level, made it easier for one of our guest who had a cane. I would suggest to check with the cleaning crew, as there were dirty towels in a closet, pictures left in the upstairs master, as well as other party favors from the previous stay. Batteries also need be replaced in remote controls. The host was very courteous and responsive to all messages. They have a beautiful home, and would definitely recommend this condo to friends.
