This gorgeous new renovation is a 4 bedroom 3 bath home with beautiful new furnishings. Old world style wine cellar to stock your favorites while staying, with a cozy bar area to enjoy them in. Upstairs bath includes large jacuzzi tub. New deck tucked under the canopy of trees with large wooded backyard. Deck has large bench seating with table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with open island and dining space. Two rooms on main floor: 2 bunk beds sleep 4 and 2 twin beds, two rooms upstairs with a queen each, full sleeper sofa in basement bar room area, and private retreat area in basement with king bed - sleeps 12. Smart TVs with 1000Mbps WiFi, Netflix and Prime accounts included.

House is convenient to I- 65 and I-24, just slightly south east of downtown Nashville by 10-15 minutes, 5-10 minutes from Brentwood and Berry Hills, and 10 minutes from the airport.

Parking below deck for two cars, bottom of driveway for 4 cars, and two parking spaces off top part of drive.

A wonderful cozy place for family and friends. Great location just minutes away from everything Nashville! Our family had plenty of room to enjoy and the location of the house was in a nice neighborhood. Hostess was very nice and communication was great! would come back and recommend this lovely home.

Get place, Fall leaves on back deck-gathering AMs/PMs.

Home was good accommodations for 6 mature women. Attractive Exterior, upgrades. Kitchen clean. Great Weather, good to eat on deck as limited comfortable lounging space in home. Tks for some AM Coffee. Add more: Chairs in basement bedroom and main floor bunkbeds; lamps(or 2) in LR, poor lite for hrs. going through OLD photo albums; inadequate body soap, had to buy our own! Please add tub mats for clean use after shower. There was no mop for clean up of minor spills. Microwave/stove light out, entrance hallway light out. Deck could use a couple more chairs for gathering. Our Gals loved having 3 bathrooms. Would Come Back!

Girls weekend

The location was perfect for access to the city and airport. We had a group for moms 75th birthday. The house had bedrooms on 3 levels which worked out great.

I just completed this full renovation, with a full basement addition. I love the original hardwood floors, the old world wine cellar, jacuzzi tub, open kitchen and dining area, and the new large deck. The deck’s bench seating provides an oasis among the trees for afternoon and evening visiting.
