Charming renovated duplex - cosy and inviting. Welcome to this lovely duplex, completely renovated by the end of 2025, a charming little house, ideal for a comfortable and intimate stay. The accommodation consists of two levels: On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, refrigerator, sink, washing machine) perfect for cooking just like at home, a table and 4 chairs. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. Upstairs, there is the sleeping area with a comfortable bed, as well as a modern bathroom equipped with a large shower. You will also find the toilet (macerator) on this floor. Please note that the staircase leading to the upper floor is steep and narrow. The accommodation may therefore not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or who have difficulty going up/down stairs. Please note that the accommodation is ideal for 2 people; beyond two people, you might find it a bit cramped. La Sauvetat is a charming little village, ideal for relaxation: An unusual bar-restaurant, L'Ornithorynque, open from Wednesday to Sunday, which regularly hosts small, friendly concerts; a convenient and authentic village supermarket with a small petrol station; numerous hiking trails accessible nearby; an ideal location between Agen and Villeneuve-sur-Lot, perfect for exploring the region 🌿 A peaceful and authentic place, perfect for a relaxing stay, a nature getaway, or a timeless break in a welcoming village.
