So schön, tolles modernes Haus, gute Kommunikation
Wir waren 10 Tage Ende Juni hier. Sehr schönes, neues und modernes Haus mit einem schönen Pool und Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt. Pool hat ca die Maße 7x7 m und 1,5 tief. Hundefreundlich. Wir haben für den Pool eine Hunde Nottreppe mit, falls er beim Spielen mal reinfällt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet sofort auf Fragen. Haus ist gut und modern ausgestattet. Deutsches Satelliten TV. Wir hatten das Sofa mit wasserfesten Decken abgedeckt. Im Garten ist eine Aussendusche, 4 Liegen, genug Schattenplatz, ein Schlauch, so konnten wir den Hund abspritzen da wir 32-38 Grad hatten. Das Haus hat im unteren und oberen Flur separat steuerbare Klimaanlagen. Am Wohnzimmer ist eine Außen- Terrasse , wunderschön für ein Frühstück. Auch Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine haben wir benutzt. In der Nähe sind viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Strände. Mit dem Hund musste man etwas schauen, wo man rein darf. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden, der fast alles hat und täglich bis 21 Uhr offen hat. Am Strand gibt es eine kleine nette Bar. Wegen der Anreise, nicht dem Navi glauben und von oben in die Straße abbiegen sondern von unten vom Dorfladen kommen.

Ein wahres Paradies auf Erd für Familie mit Hunden
Wir, 3 Erwachsene mit 2 Dobermann Hündinnen, hatten den besten Urlaub bisher in dieser Traum Ferienwohnung.
In Wirklichkeit ist es noch besser als hier inseriert.
Super Überraschung war der gekühlte Wasserspender, sehr erfrischend bei den täglich hohe Temperaturen unseres Aufenthalts.
Das Haus war sauber von oben bis unten, die wunderschöne Gartenanlage sah tiptop aus ebenso wie die Liegen und Tischen beim Swimmingpool (der Poolmeister kommt zwei Mal die Woche).
Die Lage ist auch ideal, die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich.
Privat, weil es das letzte Haus oben an der Straße gelegen ist.
Unten an der Straße befindet sich das Meer, eine Strandbar und einen kleinen Supermarkt (Zahlung in bar).
Obrovac ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, hier gibt es einen etwas größeren Supermarkt. Für den größeren Einkauf fährt man am besten nach Benkovac oder sogar Zadar, wobei man in Zadar einkaufen/shoppen kombinieren könnte mit einem Tagesausflug in die Stadt.
Split liegt etwa 1,5 Stunden entfernt, für Game of Thrones Fans ein absolutes Muss, Rückreise entlang der Küste um auch Kaštel Gomilica, Trogir und Šibenik zu besuchen.
Bei Ankunft gab es ein Paar klitzekleine Kleinigkeiten die eigentlich für uns auch nicht nennenswert sind und unseren Urlaub nicht weniger genießbar und schön gemacht haben.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer verlief reibungslos und er hat sich sehr bemüht um schnellstens eine passende Lösung zu finden.
Von morgens früh bis spät abends genießt man hier pur Natur, von und miteinander.
Deshalb bekommt Villa Camellia von uns die volle fünf Sterne.
