Welcome to this elegant and comfortable 17 m² studio apartment, located on the first floor and accommodating up to 2 people. The accommodation comprises :

- a charming living room with 120 cm sofa bed and dining area,
- a fully-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, toaster, hob, fridge),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, smoke detector, clothes hangers,
- TV, wifi, ceiling fans,
- radiators.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not permitted.

## Notes

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

→ Exterior renovation work is underway and will continue through the end of June.
→ A security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. This deposit is secured and managed through Swikly. Swikly service fees will apply when your deposit is processed.

Biarritz is also an ideal base for exploring neighboring towns such as Bayonne and Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
