Apartment was in excellent condition! Very modern and updated. Not crowded, very clean, had all the items needed to cook in the kitchen and were in great condition. Beds and pillows were comfy and a/c was excellent. I would definitely rent here again! Only downfall is that golf carts are not allowed here. Other than that, it was a great place.

Thank you for the kind review. We're so glad the apartment felt modern, clean, and well cared for, and that everything from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and pillows made your stay easy. It's great to hear the A/C kept you cool too. On the golf cart note, you're exactly right. This property sits just outside the golf cart-accessible area of town, so we always like to mention that for guests planning ahead. We appreciate you pointing it out. Thank you again, and we'd love to welcome you back anytime. Life in Paradise Vacation Rentals

Awesome Family Experience!!

This property was wonderful!!! The condo was in excellent condition and was clean. It was a short 1 to 1 1/2 mile drive to the beach. The shared pool at this property was large and super clean. We will for sure be back to this property in the future and look forward to staying here again!!! Only downside to this rental was that golf carts are not allowed on this side of SH-361, but that didn’t affect our stay at all!!!!

Property provided what we needed. However, was very dirty when we arrived. Dirty dishes, spit bottles, pills that my daughter found.

Beach Getaway

The unit was beautiful and very comfortable! We did want a golf cart , but found out there's no beach access. The grills could use some updating. All else was great!

Great place!

I loved this home so much! It was very clean and had such a beautiful view! I would definitely recommend this place! It does have quite a bit of stairs but it wasn’t a problem for us! The only two downsides for us was when we arrived about 10-15 min later the people under us complained about the kids running, we had barely got our stuff in the house. We went with family who also booked a place directly across from us so the kids were just excited. It was only two kids…it thankfully wasnt a problem throughout our stay but I felt that complaining ten minutes into our trip when it was 2pm was a little overboard. And the other thing was most/all of the dishes were not washed properly had food stuck to them. Another thing I wanted to mention is you cannot drive your golf carts to this property because it crosses the highway, we had to drive our car across the highway..switch to the golf cart every time we wanted to go anywhere with the GC.

Not worth the price

The Mold on the shower curtain was one of my biggest concerns , our son found old Oreos stuffed in and under the couch. The Patio reeked of dog urine. The place was not clean they had dirty dishes that were put away with food still on them. Overall did not have a good time during our stay.

Cute and comfortable

The house was just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The main problem was if you rent a golf cart you are on the wrong side of the highway to drive your golf cart to the beach. I agree with other reviewers the ice maker does not work, the door is very hard to lock and unlock and the grill situation is not very convenient.

Ice, water pressure and AC issues

We really liked the location, pool, interior space, and views with this condo. Unfortunately, those don't make up for the issues we had. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn't work. We let the property manager know and they sent someone out the next day but it didn't fix it. The water pressure in the master bathroom is basically useless in both the sink and shower. We took our showers in the shared bath instead. The AC wouldn't always cool down. Our last night there we sweated all night, and it never cooled down. Ice, AC and water are things you expect in a vacation rental, in Texas, in the middle of summer. Also, the giant wood headboard in the master bedroom is completely detached. Not sure why it's even there. We had to put pillows and towels between it and the wall so it wouldn't slam against the wall every time we sat down or turned over.

Family Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The only minor things I would suggest would be to label the remotes since they are all the same and to provide instructions to lock the front door from the outside. It took us a minute to figure that out. Otherwise, we all had a blast and appreciate being able to stay there.

Very nice little house

We enjoyed the property and the pool area. Our only concern was the property was unlocked when we arrived which didn’t seem too safe for renters or the property owners. Hopefully the renting agency can get that worked out.

Great clean place. Only thing I would say is you couldn’t rent a golf cart cause the location is on the wrong side of the street
