Spring Baseball

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property for spring baseball. The property is as advertised and communication with manager Noah is Outstanding.

Great place near downtown Scottsdale

Great location, quiet neighborhood w/in easy walking distance to downtown Scottsdale and the Giants stadium. Very comfortable place w/ a responsive owner.

Very nice, perfect for our visit.

Lots to do, close to everything. Walkable neighborhood and we had perfect weather.

This was an adventurous stay.

The first thing you notice when you walk into the property is the musty smell. Especially in the 1/2 bath down stairs. The mattress in the pull out couch is stained and gross. The kitchen is newly remodeled. Seemingly functional, other than when you have a mouse in the fridge and you can’t use it for over 12 hours. The water heater didn’t work for two days, so we had to take cold showers, very disappointing. On a positive note… The host was quick to respond and the location was good. It is Close to highway and about 1/2 mile from Old Town Scottsdale. At this point we would not recommend anyone we know to stay there. And we will not be staying there again. We travel a lot and use VRBO often. This property was a fail.
