The house was amazing! It was clean and beautiful, perfect for our family. It is a quick walk to good food and shopping in a lovely neighborhood. Even though we were there during a noreaster we took a quick dip before the weather started to get bad and the pool was kept warm for us. The fenced in yard is perfect for pets as well. Richard was great to work with and quick to respond. Our family will definitely be back.

Lovely Week at the Beach

My family and I had a great week at the beach. The kitchen is updated but the rest of the house is a little tired. I can't wait to see what it looks like after they renovate. Definitely worth it as one of the cheaper options that we found.

The house was perfect for my family of 9! Plenty of room…loved the open floor plan for the kitchen-dining room- living room! Huge live-edge table that seats 12 easily! High end accoutrements such as Kitchen-Aid stand mixer, craft ice maker, wine door on fridge, spacious walk-in showers, double sinks in most bathrooms! Very close location to Sunset Liquors, Washington Street Mall and Westside Market. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!
