The Beauval Zoo, the Loire Valley castles, and Futuroscope are 1 hour and 30 minutes away, making it a central location for exploring nature, leisure activities, and culture. The Gîte Le Serpentout is a detached, single-story house situated in a peaceful setting with an enclosed, wooded garden, ideal for family holidays.

The living area includes an open-plan kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable lounge equipped with a wood-burning stove and a sofa bed offering comfortable extra sleeping space (available upon request to the owners). The kitchen is functional and well-equipped for your stay.

The accommodation has three bedrooms, two with double beds (140x190 cm) and one with two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined to form a double bed (160x190 cm). A shower room and a separate toilet complete the accommodation. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is available in an adjoining room.

Heating is provided solely by a wood-burning stove, so it is only open during the warmer months.

Outside, the enclosed garden allows you to fully enjoy the sunny days. Children have a swing, and adults will appreciate the barbecue. A converted garage houses a ping-pong table for relaxing moments in any season.

The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Electricity and firewood for the stove are included in the price. Baby equipment is available. Pets are not allowed. The cottage does not have internet access, but mobile phone coverage is satisfactory.
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), electricity with reasonable consumption, and firewood for the wood-burning stove.
