Cocoonr offers this charming 80 m² flat for rent in Erquy, less than a kilometre from the beach and with a direct view of the large Caroual beach. Equipped with Wi-Fi, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers.

Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a sea-view balcony. There is a shared garden of around 1,948 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms, including one upstairs with 1 king-size bed (180×200) and 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A 5m² sea-view balcony, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- The 1948 m² garden is an enclosed garden shared with residents (no garden furniture). The garden has direct access to the sea.

The flat is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's garage and private car park.
