Great place to stay in Williamsville

The accommodations were great! The bedrooms were nicely done and comfortable. The living space was nicely laid out. The kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Comfortable and convenient

This upstairs apartment with a covered porch was clean, had well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and comfortable sofas & chairs. It was close to Main St where the restaurants are located. The owner, John, was easy to communicate with and checked a few times to see if we needed anything. A good stay!

Fabulous condo in Williamsville

High end furnishings, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed with excellent closet organization in the fabulous condo. Communication with owner excellent. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Moved away 26 years ago. Hooked up with old friends and did tourist things. Great location - nice neighborhood and good restaurants close by. House was welcoming.

Gorgeous and great location!

We travel a lot and stay in rentals a few times a year. What stands out in this home is the attention to detail. The extra blankets, pillows, coffee and even holiday decorations! Simply perfect! Highly recommended!

Perfect!

John’s place was perfect for our stay to visit the grandkids! The kitchen was so well stocked with all pots, pans and utensils to cook up whatever you felt like. Beds were very comfy and the heated floors felt so good. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Very nice

Very nice place, clean and had everything we needed. Coffee bar was really nice with the snacks. Beds are comfortable. It’s nice having Netflix and Amazon for shows and movies. We’ll stay there again when we’re back in town.

Fantastic Place

This property exceeded our expectations in all ways. It’s just beautiful. Perfect for our visit to see our daughter and son-in-law in Buffalo. Owner interactions were excellent. Will definitely be staying here many more times.

Better than the Ritz

Exceptional second floor unit with three bedrooms and comfortable beds. Large walk in shower, bidet toilet seat and fluffy big towels. Kitchen new with the cutest coffee bar, large new stove and refrigerator with ice maker. Great location with walk to Glen Falls. Williamsville is a charming town and certainly try the beef on weck!

Extraordinary Accommodations

This was the most wonderful place for us to stay in town for my mother’s 85th Birthday. The owner was so pleasant and answered my questions very quickly. The location is great to many restaurants and shops. Five adults stated and there was more than enough room. The place was immaculate and very updated. Everything we could have ever needed was supplied. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment with great location, Just a couple of blocks from Glen Falls & Main Street. Within walking distance to tons of restaurants & shops. Enjoyed the comfortable covered porch too. All the necessary things there plus many extras to greet you. I was surprised with the selection the host had left us like cold drinks, snacks & chocolates. John was a very accommodating host! I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Excellent Location & Beautiful Home

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! The house was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully furnished – plenty of room for our family to spread out and enjoy. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living area was cozy and perfect for family movie nights. Our kids loved the yard, we even played a game of football in the yard and a neighbor kid joined the fun! The location was fantastic too, very walkable to bars and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for family trip to see a Buffalo Bills game! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Great location!

Lovely walking friendly neighborhood with easy access to Glen park (dogs not allowed) coffee shop and restaurants. We found a more extensive walk with our dog in a beautiful natural area near the Veterans Memorial just down the street. The unit was clean and well stocked. My only complaint was how creaky the floor of the upstairs unit was.

Clean Comfort and Location

Plus communicative host John, with backup help if needed from upstairs neighbor. All-Clad cookware in fabulous kitchen a very nice treat. And a bidet what joy! Best location across from Glen Park, short walk to Main St shops and restaurants, and short drive to almost everywhere.

Amazing Experience Start to Finish!

The photos do not do this cozy property justice! The property is clean and modern with all the comforts of home and then some! The location is fantastic - surrounded by great local restaurants, micro-breweries, ice cream parlours, you name it! The property owner is very responsive. John makes sure that you feel welcome and at home at his location.

Amazing visit to Buffalo

John was a wonderful host. He made contact with us prior to our stay and delivered all information we would need to be comfortable. The property is centrally located for easy movement about the city. The property is decorated perfectly and John has all the extras to ensure his guests comfort upon walking in. Can’t wait to go visit again! We will certainly look for this property first!

Exceeds Expectations

A very nice place in a very nice town with everything we were looking for. Traveling with our young son, we were looking for someplace with a kitchen, that was walkable and near a park. Check, check and check. And we were more than satisfied with the ample space, cleanliness and helpful amenities we found here (nearly new washer & dryer, spacious fridge, TWO coffee makers!).

Best Stay Ever!

I come to Buffalo yearly to visit family. This was, by far, my best experience yet. This rental is perfect! It is impeccably clean and has every amenity you could possibly want. It is a tasteful, charming, cozy getaway just steps away from a number of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and boutiques. The host was friendly and extremely helpful. I hope this rental is available for years to come. I was sad to say goodbye.
