We’re about 10 minutes from Hawksnest Beach—one of the most stunning stretches of sand in the Virgin Islands National Park—and just next door to The Hills, one of St. John’s most exclusive villa communities. Short stay, but perfect and met all our needs. Good bed, good air conditioning, and good shower. It was a bit of a ride up a steep hill to get there, but we enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all.

Great little “petite” spot. Very close to cruz bay by car. New toilet, sink and tiling in the shower were noticeable improvements. Air conditioning was a plus. Very clean and tidy. Safe neighborhood and parking steps from front door. Host was very pleasant and accommodating. Enough room for a couple to live comfortably for a few nights to week or two. Cost was very reasonable compared to other places. Highly recommend. 5 star all around.

Host was wonderful to work with. The bed was loud with any movement or rolling over so didn't make for a comfortable nights sleep. Otherwise, the studio had all other amenities needed for a brief stay.

Great budget stay!
