This is our second time staying at Ryan's home. The home is so clean and well stocked. We love the proximity to the beach (easy to walk) and that it's a quick drive to restaurants and the grocery store. The layout is perfect for our family with young children plus bringing grandparents! We will stay here again!

We had a great week at Ryan and Amy’s property! It was less than two blocks walk to a beach access point that was WAY less busy then around pier 60, which was great for the kids. The property was clean and housed 6 adults and two kids without issue. Major plus for the beach accessories! We will be back!

This place was fantastic! We had originally booked another place about five months before and the day we booked this place we got a notification the other place had canceled our reservation. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, we loved the short walk to the beach and the separate living space was great in case somebody needed to take a break from the group. We would 100% stay here again!

We absolutely loved our time at this VRBO.There are many highlights, but one of the most significant is the way the home is completely supplied with everything you need for the beach from a large supply of beach towels to chairs to umbrellas. We did communicate with the host on several occasions with questions about the home in the area and the communication was quick and accurate!
