Well Maintained 2 Bedroom Plus Loft Condo close to Lake Dillon!!

Rent this up-to-date, centrally located, 2 BEDROOM PLUS LOFT condo, it's got plenty of room for your bigger group to spread out on your next mountain vacation. When you enter the property you're greeted with a stylish kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Continue to the large living and dining area to relax and unwind after a long day playing in the mountains.

The master bedroom is on the main level and contains a King bed and en-suite bath. Up a flight of stairs are the loft and the second bedroom. The second bedroom contains a Queen bed and flatscreen TV. The loft contains a Queen sofa sleeper as well as a full bath. There are 2 Twin Air Mattresses provided as well. The condo comes with a number of amenities for a comfortable stay. The living area has a gas fireplace and large TV, the balcony has a gas grill so don't forget the steaks. There are private laundry facilities included as well as a one car garage to store all of your gear.

Drake Landing Condos are situated in Frisco just off Lake Dillon. There is easy access to the lake, the Summit County Rec Path, miles of nearby trails and it's centrally located to all of Summit County's ski resorts. The stop for the free shuttle is right around the corner and can get you anywhere you want to go. Last, don't forget the bathing suits, your stay at Drake Landing comes with access to 2 common area hot tubs for your soaking pleasure. Please note the entry door to the condo is up one flight of stairs and there is no elevator. STR License #STR-014094

Clean and well kept property

The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The location of the property is great, within minutes of breckenridge and other ski resorts. You also get good views of the mountains nearby. The only complaint is that there's a bank drive through right across from the balcony.
