This was the perfect spot for my husband and me. The location is perfect with lots of attractions around. Lots to do at any time of the day. The room is very cozy and perfect for a private getaway. I loved the privacy and security of the hotel. I love the location, and also enjoyed that it was steps from the beach.

This was a very cute spot. The landlord kept great communication. Everything worked great besides the bathroom and closet doors being a messed up and the fact that the water gets either extremely hot or cold, there’s no in between.

If you're homeless, this would probably be a great start. If you're on vacation, it will definitely ruin it. The place looks, smells and is as comfortable as the county jail. I mean horrible in every way. From the convenience of being able to get your rental car in and out, to not being able to get to the back side of the room because the bed touches the couch, the AC is right next to your head and it is so loud, the bed is so hard and they clearly do not wash their comforters or the couch for that matter because it smells like piss and sex. I mean horrible in every way this place is.

Fine for what it was

We didn't spend too much time in the room. Proximity to the beach was great. Bathroom, kinda rough. Very low water pressure and no hot water in the shower. The host came over to try and fix it but couldn't. A known faulty breaker hadn't been fixed so no hot water to the shower. I washed my hair in the kitchen sink.

Deceptive description, no beach view. Travelocity offered the room, apparently it was then booked through VBRO and no one communicated with me or property owner. Spent 1.5 hours trying to get into/find unmarked property. Luckily, the locals are awesome and helped every way they could. Room is so small you must step over corners of the bed to traverse it. Bathroom door does NOT shut (super romantic) and water in the shower was either fire or ice. Ended up booking another place and eating the cost of this room so that it didn’t ruin the entire vacation.

OUTSTANDING!

Studio was EXACTLY as shown and described. SPOTLESS! Beach right there. Short walk to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Less than a 5 minute ride to airport. Very secure building. Would recommend this to any couple or single person. We had trouble at first with the lockbox and the owner responded immediately!

Cute little place right by the beach

This place was really cute! Tiny little studio but so convenient. The beach is literally a one minute walk if that, there are several stores within walking distance (like 10 mins) and you are very close to the airport. We did experience some issues with the TV and AC but those were more technological issues I think that property issues. We were comfy here and Alfredo is a great host!

This property is perfect. The beach is less than a minute walk. Restaurants are about a 5 minute walk. The area is very safe. If you just want to relax on the beach and eat good food a rental car is not needed.
