Everything you need across the street from the beach. Ground floor, Oceanside, no staircase. It is only five blocks away from the bridge. Perfectly balanced in the middle of the island from North end to South end.
Linens are supplied for the beds, towels are supplied. Beach towels are supplied, plenty of toys for the kids, boogie boards, surf boards, and more.  Bathroom amenities, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, hand sanitizer, to get started and more. Kitchen, ice maker, coffee, filters, creamer, to get started, griddle, slow cooker, and more. Outside, 5ftx10ftx18 inch pool, small blowup hot tub, beach wagon, gas and charcoal grill, charcoal and liter fluid supplied, and more.  If there's anything special you're thinking about bringing down we may have it here, just let me know what it is and we may accommodate. Great place plus great location!

This VRBO has everything you need for your stay. Super clean, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen essentials, games, chairs, convenient location. Beach access #12 is right across the quiet street. Less than a mile walk down the street to shops and the bridge. Jim is quick to respond if you need anything. Would highly recommend this place!

This property was exactly as described. The owners have thought of everything. We stayed for a short weekend to visit our son. The location was absolutely great. Just steps away from public beach access.

A beach condo packed with fun!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at the 4 Sea Monkeys. Our host was fantastic, and he left out many beach toys for our kids and water balloons too. This condo offers all the beach amenities needed, is very close to public beach access, and is within walking distance of everything. I highly recommend staying here!! We will be coming back next summer!

Birthday Getaway

This is definitely a hidden jewel! Pictures don’t do this place justice! I would definitely request this property again. Super clean! Jim is Awesome!! Family of four with twins. There were toys and a little table set for the kids. Felt so comfortable, homey. Couple steps from the beach, everything you need at your fingertips! Jim thought of everything to make it a wonderful experience!

It’s an older beach cottage with pretty much everything you need for a vacation at the beach, so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself and personal belongings. If something is not there, Jim gets it for you. He is a great host and very available to you as needed. The location is great for the beach and walkable to some shops and restaurants. A hot tub was just recently purchased on “our” back porch and is a great added feature to the stay. My husband who does not like noise was bothered by the renter above us walking about her place what seemed like stomping all hours of the day and night. However this was my oversight in not thinking about this when I booked the ground floor.

Absolutely fabulous place... extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen, tons of room, and best of all, about 100 feet to the beach access. Owner was on top of everything, extremely responsive and accommodating. Loved it and can't wait to come back next year!

Best House by the Beach!

Our stay here was so amazing. Our check in process was great and we were able to check in a lot earlier than expected to spend the day by the beach. There were tons of additional perks included that we got to enjoy like all the beach gear and a wagon. Jim even set up an extension cord for us to charge our electric car. On top of all of that we were allowed to stay late into the last day because no one was checking in after us. Would highly recommend this spot!!

Quick Trip

Property was perfect for 3 travelers. Communication and hospitality from the host made this a quick and easy stay. We even had a smores kit for a little treat. We stayed here so we could cook our own meals and it had everything we needed to grill and make a nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Great for families

Jim was very accommodating and made it a point to have things out for the kids. The place was very clean, very close to two beach accesses and walkable to restaurants. The house was very well stocked and had everything we needed. We only had to pack our clothes. Jim has thought of every detail and we would definitely come back!

Clean home, close to the beach

My family and I had a wonderful stay on N. Shore Drive. The apartment was very spacious for 3 adults and 2 dogs. Only steps from the beach (access is literally across the street). Very clean and quiet. Jim made himself very available and was very friendly when we saw him on the property multiple times throughout our stay doing maintenance outside.

Awesome visit

We came to visit with our daughter whom lives in the area. We brought our youngest daughter and two friends who have never been to the area. It was the perfect space we needed with a very short walk to the beach and nice to walk to surf city and activities. Will definitely stay again.

This stay was wonderful as Jim was very accommodating. It is also located right across the street from the beach! This place was well prepared and had everything we could have possibly needed. We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area in the future!
