Charming Vendée house close to the beach


This pretty Vendée house with a capacity of 8 to 10 people is located on a fully enclosed plot on the edge of the forest at the end of a cul-de-sac. South-facing terrace sheltered from the prevailing winds and not overlooked (forest). The house is in a natural, quiet, soothing setting, close to shops, mulberry beach through the forest and its walking and cycling trails through the national forest of the Pays de Monts.
Notre Dame de Monts is a small and very quiet seaside resort offering many activities, near St Jean de Monts, Noirmoutier, the island of Yeu.

The very sunny house facing south with a wooden terrace of 25 M2 sheltered from the prevailing west wind and with a beautiful umbrella pine that will give you shade in the summer.

Excellent séjour en famille

Maison très calme et très bien située (proche centre donc des magasins, de la forêt, et de la plage), tout à pied c'est appréciable. Nous avons bien profité du jardin très agréable et bien clôturé (parfait pour le chien) et des équipements mis à notre disposition (jeux extérieurs, lit et chaise haute pour le petit). Merci à Florent et Nathalie qui ont été très arrangeants quant à notre arrivée et au service rendu sur le départ (panne de batterie).

Que du bonheur .

Super we entre potes dans cette charmante maison , nous étions 7 et pas l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres , il y a de la place et il ne manque rien . La maison est située très au calme et la plage n'est pas loin . Nous avons pu garer plusieurs motos sans problème sur la parcelle . Les propriétaires son super sympa , réactifs , a l'écoute des besoins et très accueillants . Nous y reviendrons , c'est sur !

Maison parfaite pour les vacances

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très arrangeants. Un feu de cheminée était prêt à notre arrivée. Maison très bien équipée, très agréable. Il y avait les produits de première nécessité. L'emplacement parfait, à quelques minutes de la plage, face à la forêt. Un terrain clos, des jeux pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement cette maison. Encore merci pour votre accueil.

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour tip top dans cette maison très charmante dans un cadre exceptionnel. Très proche des commerces ( posez la voiture et faites tout à pied) et pourtant dans un calme absolu. La mer n’est qu’à 800m , on peut y accéder en traversant la forêt sans route à emprunter. Pour les promenades , les nombreux kilomètres de voies aménagées permettent de découvrir les dunes à vélo. La maison est aménagée avec goût , elle est très conviviale, propreté irréprochable. Quant au jardin, il permet de passer de très bons moments de détente , de prendre tous les repas en extérieur. Le barbecue , le salon de jardin ... bref tout y est , même une douche et des wc en extérieur en sus de la salle de bains et wc intérieurs ! Nous renouvellerons l’expérience car nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables. N’hésitez pas , vous ne le regretterez pas .

Séjour au calme

Séjour très agréable, la maison est située dans une impasse donc au calme et loin de la route. L'arrière donne sur la forêt et on accède aux plages en marchant à travers la forêt pendant environ 900 mètres. Quand il fait beau, on peut déjeuner dehors sur la terrasse et le soir lorsqu'il fait frais, on peut profiter d'un très agréable feu de cheminée.

Agréable week-end entre ami(e)s

Charmante maison vendéenne où nous avons passés un agréable séjour entre ami(e)s, décoré avec goût cette petite maison nous a accueilli a 9 personnes, proche de la plage, des sentiers de marche ainsi que des commerces pas besoin de prendre la voiture. Ayant séjourné fin octobre nous avons appréciés le poêle a bois pour le soir. Le soleil nous ayant accompagné nous avons également profité de la terrasse dans l'espace extérieur très bien aménager également. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Comme à chaque fois que nous venons chez vous pour nos vacances d'été depuis quelques années déjà , première fois en 2010 , ont est tjr aussi bien , en plus avec les récents travaux c'est encore mieux , il ne vous reste plus qu'à in vestiges dans une piscine !!!! Excellentes vacances en famille dans ce gîte!

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines avec nos 2 enfants (7 et 3 ans) dans ce gîte. Le jardin est agréable, avec vue sur le bois. La mer a 5 mns en vélo, avec une plage plus sauvage que la plage principale. Boucher, boulanger et poissonnier a 5 mns a pieds également. Le gîte a été restauré avec charme et simplicité, une vraie maison de vacances. Et le propriétaire à notre écoute. Aussi, nous le recommandons vivement .
