Scenic lake house with private covered dual-slip and two covered lake-view decks

Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and bountiful wildlife at this lakefront house from the two covered decks. The private covered boat dock features two slips, a water slide and a sunning deck. Living spaces on each level allow for a variety of entertainment option. Upstairs features an open floor plan with a fully furnished kitchen, living room and dining table for 8. For your convenience there are charging stations in the small end tables and the top of the coffee table can be lifted to use as an additional table. Downstairs is a second living area with a refrigerator, air fryer/toaster oven and a Keurig. Enjoy the lake with swimming from the dock (No Diving) or use the kayaks and paddle boards provided for your use. Enjoy a cookout on the gas grill with outdoor dining on the lower patio. The upper level deck has a porch swing and 2 bar height seats with bistro table, excellent for beverages and snacks. In the evening sit around one of the two fire pits, one wood burning and the other propane, and roast marshmallows or just enjoy some beverages while you watch the beautiful sunsets (fire wood not provided) Recent updates include repairs to the dock in December2022 also both boat lifts repaired or replaced December 2023. Stairs from the house to the dock replaced in September 2023. Miscellaneous repairs to the stairs and upper deck, repairs to the area leading to the water slide and the water slide pump Winter & Spring 2024.

A Week of Family Fun!

Our family loved this property, especially the fully furnished dock! We are a fishing family so it was great to launch our kayaks and fish from there and also have a lot of family fun in the lake with the slide, tubes and paddle boards. Another highlight of this property is an amazing coffee bar!

Perfect lakehouse on beautiful WBL

This was our second vacation here and we had an amazing time once again. We've been staying at properties on WBL for a couple weeks every summer the last few years until we are able to relocate to the area, and this one is our favorite. It has an ideal waterfront with a great dock and boat lift. The house itself has everything you might need and Becky is a terrific host who is extremely helpful and responsive. We just booked out third trip here for next summer before hopefully moving to the area for good in '27.

We had a wonderful time staying here for 2+ weeks. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive and the property is terrific. We brought our boat and enjoyed spending time on the lake every day. We love Watts Bar Lake and this area of East TN, and can't wait to move here in a few years.

7 family members enjoyed our time in this house, ages ranging from 12-75. We enjoyed morning coffee looking out at the beautiful view. The house is perfectly situated to enjoy sunsets every evening as well. While we had a few hiccups during our stay, the communication with the host was speedy and the issues fixed in a timely manner. The house has everything you need to enjoy time at the lake. Our kids took full advantage of the slide, kayaks and paddle boards. We rented a boat from a local marina and enjoyed a day on the lake That was neither crowded or dangerous.We did not venture out to the surrounding areas but rather enjoyed our entire stay at this house and on the lake fully grasping” lake life.”

Relaxing lake trip

Travelled with my family of 5 and my brother and his wife. We really enjoyed the stay. The views of the lake are beautiful. The covered dock is very convenient and the kids loved the slide. The newly repaired stairs are very nice (and very plentiful, lol). The house is conveniently located in a nice area of the lake and not far at all from a nice general store. The home was well furnished and everything was as described.

Great holiday weekend

Wonderful property on Watts-Barr lake with a dock. 3rd year in a row coming down for Labor Day with friends. The dock is awesome for swimming with kiddos and keeping the boat. The boat ramp is only 10 minutes away. The water slide from the top level is thrilling for sure! The house was clean and stocked generously with cookware and dishes. Great views of the sunset and wildlife abound. Definitely on our list of places to come back to.

Lovely Lake Getaway

The house had everything we needed for our stay. The view was beautiful as promised. The location was great as we were able to drop our boat in nearby. The host responded quickly to all inquiries. I was prepared for the great number of steps, and while it’s obvious some work has been done, those steps and the dock still need some sprucing up. Overall, it was a great rental.
