The space
Two bedroom, one full bath apartment. Large living room overlooking the Main Street. With an eat in kitchen at the back of the apartment, enjoy your meals in peace before heading out to explore historic Mineral Point. On rainy days enjoy a covered porch, perfect for games and cocktails.

From the front enter via a shared stairway to the upstairs apartment. Entry to apartment via keypad on front door. From the back enter via a private, covered stairway to upstairs apartment. Entry to apartment via keypad on back door.

Apartment is above a working laundromat. From time to time noise can be heard from the running machines or vibrations and the laundromat door opening and closing.

In Winter please check local winter advisory in case of plowing complications. Parking space in rear is not indefinitely reserved for guests. Public parking lot across street in rear if space unavailable.

In the winter there is snow and a 4WD is recommended. We do not offer refunds for any reason including weather. Thank you
