With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, our cottage comfortably sleeps 10, making it the perfect getaway for families or a group of friends.

Step inside and be captivated by the intricate, handcrafted mosaics that adorn the house, each telling its own unique story. Outside, the beauty continues.
1. No smoking in the house

2. No parties.

3. Do not use the fireplace without prior approval. If not operated correctly and smoke occurs in the home there will be an additional cleaning fee.

4. No hunting on the property.

5. Stay on mowed trails.

6. Respect the property and clean up after pets if you have included a pet in your reservation.

7. Sauna

Sauna Use Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk

By booking this property and utilizing the KYFE wood-fired portable sauna, the Guest (and all members of the Guest`s party) explicitly agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk: Guests acknowledge that using a wood-fired sauna involves inherent risks, including but not limited to severe burns, heat exhaustion, dehydration, slips, falls, and smoke exposure. Guests choose to use the sauna entirely at their own risk.

Health and Medical Limitations: The sauna reaches extreme temperatures (up to 200°F). Guests confirm they do not suffer from medical conditions—such as heart disease, high or low blood pressure, or pregnancy—that would make sauna use unsafe. Guests are advised to consult a physician prior to use if they have any health concerns.

Safety Compliance: Guests agree to thoroughly read and strictly follow all posted instructions prior to operating the sauna. This includes never touching the hot stove or chimney, operating the fire responsibly, and never pouring essential oils directly onto the hot rocks.

Age Restrictions: For safety reasons, anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited from operating or using the sauna at any time.

Release of Liability: The Guest agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Host and property owner from any and all liability, claims, demands, or actions for personal injury, illness, death, or property damage arising directly or indirectly from the use of the sauna.

Intoxication: Guests agree not to use the sauna while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that cause drowsiness or alter their judgment.
