About this property

Beautiful wooden chalet for 8 persons

We offer you a pleasant stay in our new wooden chalet that was built in 2021. It is located in a quiet place in town Nejdek, that is just 15 minutes from beautiful spa town Karlovy Vary and 20 minutes to the highest mountain of Krusne hory (Klinovec). Our house is in 640 metres above the sea level which offers many days of snow in winter.

In the cabin there you will find living room combined with the kitchen and dinning place. The sofa in the living rooms offers enough room for a sleep of two people. In the living room there is also big Smart TV with lots of local channels or Netflix. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom and technical room is located also in the ground floor. The 1st floor has two rooms with 3 double beds in total and 1 extra single bed. Having said that, 1st floor offers comfortable sleeping for 7 persons.

The garden is large (over 2000m2). The garden offers terrace, grill, fireplace, place for fun and sport activities. The garden is not flat but goes slightly down. Under our house there is a land with no houses and sometimes you can watch deer does. In March 2025 we build also an outdoor sauna for you.

Parking: space for several cars in front of the house by the street. It is part of the garden but not fenced.

Shopping: nearest supermarket (Penny) is 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes by walk. In the town center (10 minutes by walk) there you can find a few restaurants as well).

Wifi available

Heating: The heating is provided by very comfortable pellet heater in a combination with floor heating (ground floor). The heater is in the main room but is also connected to the rooms in the upper floor. One bag of pellets lasts between 8-24 hours based on the power set.

Wir hatten einen absolut großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war von Anfang an hervorragend – schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Der Check-in war super einfach und im Haus lag eine sehr hilfreiche Mappe bereit, in der alles rund um Heizung, Fernseher, Sauna und mehr in mehreren Sprachen verständlich erklärt war.Die Sauna war kinderleicht zu bedienen und hat für viele entspannte Stunden gesorgt. Auch die Küche war ein echtes Highlight: top ausgestattet, es fehlte wirklich an nichts – sogar ein Handmixer fürs Backen war vorhanden. Alles im Haus war blitzsauber und sehr gepflegt.Für eine größere Gruppe (6–8 Personen) bietet die Unterkunft mehr als genug Platz. Der Garten ist groß und ideal, um Frisbee zu spielen oder einfach die Ruhe zu genießen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der Tischtennisplatte, die in einem super Zustand ist.Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig, mitten in der Natur, und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt. Auch an Parkmöglichkeiten mangelte es nicht – problemlos Platz für 2–4 Autos.Insgesamt eine Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offenlässt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Niedliches Haus in toller Lage

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage im Holzhaus. Um Skifahren zu gehen, hat das Haus eine perfekte Lage. Wenn es der Schnee hergibt, kann man zwischen vielen verschiedenen Liften wählen. Die größten Skigebiete Klinovec und Plesivec waren nur 20min entfernt. Und am Nachmittag konnte man sich an dem schönen Pelletofen wärmen. Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern. Wie in dem Haus 8 Erwachsene schlafen sollen, ist fragwürdig. Nichtsdestotrotz hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schön, aber mit Mängeln ...

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen Gegend. Natur pur. Wunderschöner Ausblick.Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Nicht schön war, dass im Haus die Treppe ins Obergeschoss defekt war. Das Haus hat sich wohl gesenkt und die Treppe ist verrutscht. Wenn man auf die oberste Treppenstufe getreten ist, ist die Treppe 1/2 cm nach unten gesackt, was uns beim ersten Betreten sehr erschrocken hat. An dieser Stelle waren auch die Geländerstäbe mit Folie umwickelt. Wahrscheinlich locker. Gestört hat uns auch, dass es keinen befestigten Weg zum Haus gab. Es waren nur grobe Steine hingeschüttet und das Haus lag abschüssig. Nicht so schön, wenn wir mit der Skiausrüstung jeden Tag den Weg nutzen mussten. Insgesamt sehr schön, aber aufgrund der gravierenden Mängel einfach zu teuer!
