Hidden at the end of an alley in old Avignon, our 115m2 townhouse
is ideally placed to enjoy the Festival.
Located near the Place des Carmes and all the theatres, it remains quiet even in the middle of July,
Its shaded courtyard, will allow you relaxation and relaxation between two shows, its air conditioning in the bedrooms will allow you to avoid the summer heat of Avignon.

Renovated in 2019, in its traditional state but supported by a contemporary decoration and quality furnishings, our house has three modern and authentic levels served by a staircase in Provençal terracotta tiles.

* On the ground floor, you will discover:
- Our living room with incredible charm, with its beautiful ceiling beams and its stone wall of the Vaucluse, with a comfortable leather sofa, and a large screen with overhead projector.
- Our dining room equipped with an "indu" table for 6 people which gives it a warm atmosphere with its view of the courtyard
- The kitchen designed as a vaulted cellar. It has everything you need to prepare good meals: microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.

*On the 1st and 2nd floors, you will have 3 personalised bedrooms with authentic parquet floors. All of them have air conditioning, ample storage space, bedding and bed linen of hotel quality.
- The first is equipped with a queen size double bed and is spacious. Exposed beams and original parquet flooring give it a very special charm.
- The second has a single bed with a high ceiling and gives access to its own bathroom, with bath, washbasin, heated towel rail, hair dryer, with a design mixing old and modern.
- The third, on the top floor under an attic, retains beautiful volumes and a beautiful light, benefits from a large king size bed, and a fireplace for a touch of authenticity.
- On the 2nd floor, a shower room with a walk-in shower, a sink, a hairdryer, and a heated towel rail. The towels are selected in Egyptian cotton for more pleasure and softness.

You can enjoy our landscaped courtyard to relax.

Just renovated, our house benefits from new bedding, is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, the necessary to hang your laundry, an iron and an ironing board, a high chair and a cot.
Of course, you will have access to wifi everywhere in the house, including in the courtyard!

We live in this house all year round and rent it out all year round during the Festival period (attention for allergy sufferers, we have a cat that will not be present during your stay, but whose home is the rest of the year)
