Pro: - Objekt liegt in einem Ferienpark mit viel Platz rund ums Haus - Flexibler Buchungszeitraum - Übergabe und Abnahme problemlos - geräumige FeWo Contra: - Verbrauchskosten (Gas, Wasser, Strom) werden zusätzlich berechnet, allerdings kein Hinweis im Buchungsvorgang, sondern erst mit Buchungsbestätigung) - Ausstattung der FeWo tlw. veraltet (Röhrenfernseher, Sofa, Herd) bzw. unvollständig - nicht dramatisch, aber in Summe auffällig (z.B. nur 1 kl. Löffel vorhanden, Schere, Dosenöffner, Ofenhandschuhe fehlten, Staubsauger defekt) - Die Agentur Novasol betreffend: Nach zwischenzeitlichem Beherbungsverbot in Rheinland-Pfalz hätten wir den vollen Mietpreis zahlen müssen. Erstattung Mietpreis, Verschiebung der Buchung, Gutschein oder anderweitiges Entgegenkommen - Fehlanzeige. Wir buchen daher künftig nicht mehr über Novasol.
