An entrance hall, a living/dining room and open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 3-burner induction hob, oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso-type capsule coffee machine), opening onto the terrace.
A separate toilet with washbasin. A small cupboard with washing machine and electric water heater. A first bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), chest of drawers, and en-suite shower room.
Upstairs: a bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. Mezzanine with TV that can serve as a second living room. Second bedroom with two single beds (90cm) or one double bed (180cm), chest of drawers, and a swing set. Third bedroom with two bunk beds and one single bed (90cm), and a chest of drawers.
The enclosed garden, approximately 500m², is an invitation to relaxation and daydreaming. Stretching lengthwise, at the far end of the garden, a lovely view of the Gulf of Morbihan awaits, adding to the charm of the house. Garden furniture is provided.
