Very nice resort, amazing people

Everyone at the resort went out of their way to make our stay just great. My only complaint is that some of the features in the room didn't work all the time, but it is a huge resort with lots of people and it is natural for stuff to happen. One night we didn't have hot water and even though we booked a kitchenette, there weren't any pans to cook in. The resort was full so there were none available to give us. One night we couldn't get through to the front desk or room service on the phone. But really this was minor (except for the pans) and I would definitely recommend the resort and go back. The woman that cleaned our room was just terrific and went out of her way to accommodate my sleeping teenager. The pools and water park were heated so they were very comfortable and the other amenities were just as great.
