Spacious, newly renovated non-smoking house in a central, very quiet location on 2 floors (about 98 m²) in the south of Kassel with free Wi-Fi and free parking on the street.

In the spacious living and dining room, modern bathroom, a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms is enough space for 4 people and invites you to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, Spühlmaschiene, toaster)
Bedroom 1 with a 1,60x2,00m bed
Bedroom 2 with a 2,00x2, 00m bed (electrically adjustable slatted frame)
Dining and living room area are furnished with glass table and 4 chairs, 2 sideboards, real leather sofas, a large TV with cable connection, and a wide window front overlooking the green. All windows can be darkened with built-in blinds.

There is an own entrance to the house on the common property.
We live in the front house and are always available.
Free parking in the street.
