My wife, daughters and I had a great stay the week after Christmas. Great location near Ober Mountain and an easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or Smoky Mountain National Park. Chalet/Cabin was nice with an updated kitchen. Good size for 4-5 people to stay and have a great mountain vacation

Peaceful with Bears

Wonderful mountain vacation with beautiful nature sounds and seeing the bears roll around in the grass was the highlight. They where very active during are visit. Our condo was nice and cozy with everything we needed.

Bears Galore!

Had an excellent time, saw bears daily from the first time we pulled into parking lot! Visited Ober Mountain activities and utilized tram for trips into town. Thanks for a great short weekend!

It took 30 minutes to unlock the front door. Eventually we unlocked it with a new code and figuring it out by ourselves. The spare bathroom tile is about to come off the wall. The soap holder has already fallen off. They don’t show you that picture in the profile. The picture of the view isn’t correct as well. The picture is of the ground with bears because the mountains are blocked by electrical lines. The towels are old and scratchy and bare wrapped around me. (I am 116 LB woman. We had issues with extra pillows ( the only pillows were 2 per bed and flat as the floor) not having pillow cases on them. We were initially told they would bring extra pillow cases, then told those pillows were being thrown away and if we wanted extra pillows there would be a charge. Then after my initial shock and protest was told that was mistake and that they would bring me extra pillows the following day. I would not recommend staying here.

Quick weekend get away

We really enjoyed this condo! Everything was clean and ready to go. Very comfortable beds and the softest sheets ever! Loved sitting on the balcony and rocking with a book and a cup of coffee. Justin was very quick to answer my questions. We would recommend this place for sure.

This condo was very clean and had great views of foliage. The complex is very quiet and has easy (for Gatlinburg roads) access to the Smoky Mountain park and Gatlinburg. The owner communicated very well and was quick in responding to me. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The unit was nicely furnished with newer furniture and decor.

Comfortable and Clean

Cleanliness is a top priority and this apartment was very clean. Location is in the mountains, so wifi was our only source of calls/service. Furniture was comfortable. They do not provide basic seasonings, so you have to bring/buy all items if you plan to cook.
