The BEST location on the strip in downtown Gatlinburg. No where else can you find a condo like this so close on the parkway. Views of the attractions, mountains, and the strip can be yours.

Park your car and walk to all the local attractions; no need to find and pay for parking.

Take in shopping, moonshine tastings, or take the tram to the ski lodge. Convenient location in walking distance to the convention center and lots more!

Our home is 500 sq feet with a large bedroom (no door), and kitchen/living room. For the location and price this condo cannot be beat. We are 1 of 2 1 bedrooms in this complex. No need to pay the higher price of the 2 bedroom if you’re coming with a smaller family.

What is provided:

We provide 1 towel and wash cloth per guest listed in the reservation; if this is not enough please bring your own.

We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels per reservation. Please bring extra if this is not enough.

Daily maid service is not provided.

We stayed in this location so we could walk to and from in Gatlinburg. The elevator to the ground floor was broken and climbing the hilll up the drive was extremely difficult.

Great Location

The location is in easy walking distance of both the park and downtown Gatlinburg. Layout seems a little odd at first with a tub next to the bed, but boy did those jets feel good after a day of hiking! We would definitely stay again.

Great location near everything

We had a great time in this condo! Awesome location, we parked the car the day we got there and didn’t get back in it until the day we left. Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning was very relaxing too! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and great set up for couples

Excellent choice

I am very happy with my stay at this property. The accommodations were wonderful/ clean and the location was prefect. I liked that the unit was situated on a medium size hill which provided a very good view of downtown. When I visit Gatlinburg in the future, I hope I am able to stay here again.

Cozy condo in downtown gatlinburg

Condo is exactly as pictured. Property manager Alicia was very attentive and responsive to ALL my inquiries. Location is fantastic. Walk anywhere you need to go. We will visit again!!!

Great property.

The location is decent close to everything. Just know it is at the far end so things like Anakeesta and Ole Red are at the other end. The condo was clean and beautiful. Loved people watching from the balcony. The only down side to our trip was the kids from the convention center at 6:30 am warming up and hollering.

Lovely Condo

Perfect for couple. Clean, great location on the strip. Comfortable couch and bed. Jetted tub was wonderful. Building next door has a very loud air conditioning unit that made a loud noise every 15 minutes or so. Also, no ice maker, as owner has disconnected the water line to the fridge.

Not clean!

Location is A+ and check in was super easy. Alicia was very responsive when asked about the shower not working. Fully resolved. However, the vents are coated in dust. The baseboards are dirty. The headboard was so dirty that I had to clean it before getting in the bed the King sized mattress sas and needs to be replaced. Dust balls cling to the walls and the dry wall in shower is pealing. Balcony is great with late afternoon sun.

Good- Clean Room - Very Nice place - LocationBad - Too many light switches, listing is misleading about the elevator to the strip. Elevator hasn’t worked in sometime leaving you walking up and down a steep grade every time you leave. Tub drips water. Shower head is bad. Remote had dead batteries

Beautiful downtown location

We were in town for the Gaither Homecoming Festival. We were right next door to the convention center. Close to shops, restaurants, and the center.

Great Condo

Very well kept condo in the heart of Gatlinburg. Very easy to walk to the strip. The building is clean and quite. Parking is easy. Prefect for a weekend getaway.

Booking process was a bit much with the signing process.An ok stay. Lacation was fair. Check in was simple.Rental unit was not prepared well. Still had wrinkles when folding bed spread back. Chips on floor beneath head board.

Great location. Absolutely loved the condo. That bathtub I wish I could have packed up and taken home with me. Check-in and check-out was super simple. Hope to stay here again next year. The rocking chairs on the balcony were also a nice feature.

Excellent location

Great location. Everything within a short walk. Condo was clean and comfortable. Only real complaint is that the ice maker is not working. This may seem a minor issue, but it’s a significant inconvenience.
