Cute beach house!

This property was very well maintained and in a super quaint, quiet, neighborhood. It was a great location to chill with friends for the weekend and also a convenient distance from all the fun activities and delicious food on LBI!

A beautiful house.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The proximity to LBI and restaurants was great. We also enjoyed the paddle board and kayak. Quiet evenings overlooking the water was amazing.

This was our first stay off the island. I have to say, we were beyond impressed with the house and location! We loved the beautiful views and access to the water. The back setup with the firepit, table and chairs was absolutely amazing! Also, we unjoyed using the kayaks. The house was very clean and great layout. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! The location to the stores for shopping was very convenient. The neighborhood was quite and beautiful. Out of the 25 years vacationing at LBI, this was one of our favorite houses.Josephine was very responsive to all our questions ahead of our trip and a pleasure corresponding with. She made sure our stay was perfect. Loved, loved this house! Thank you Josephine!

First Lagoon Vacation (Loved)

It was our first time staying off LBI & everything was perfect & minutes away from island & ocean if needed. Local bay beach was perfect for our grandchildren. Josephines beautiful home was super clean & on a very quiet street and on the lagoon with all the toys for our use (kayaks, bikes etc...) Towels & linens provided were also very convenient. We had such a fun & relaxing week & would love to stay again. Josephine was only a call away if needed. Thank you Josephine, The Conway Family

Awesome property and host!

Josephine's property is immaculately kept and was incredibly clean and organized upon arrival. Plenty of space for our small family, with an ample amount of supplies for our stay (kitchen utensils, paper goods, linens). We really appreciated the communication with the host, she gave detailed instructions for our stay that made it seemless We have come to LBI for years and this was our first experience renting a home and we could not have had a better experience. We would 100% return to Josephine's property!

We stayed here with our children and grandchildren and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and more spacious than the pictures showed. We thought we would feel cramped in this home but not at all! The living area was spacious and open. The backyard was beautiful. Many seating areas and even a fire pit. We sat around the fire pit and made s'mores a few times. We loved the area as well. It was very quiet. The host also kept in touch to see if we needed anything!

Pretty Quint Cape Cod

Upon arrival we noticed how lovely the exterior was and how well-maintained the yard and surrounding area was including the back patio porch and boat dock very well-maintained. The interior decor was professionally designed and displayed. It was nicely arranged and updated but due to the fact that we were all senior citizens some things could have been added or changed to incorporate to store personnel items, for example, additional nightstand and shelves and the relocation of the TV in the master suite to another area in the room.

Great Two Weeks

We booked 121 Arthur for my husband's 70th birthday, Two weeks was a perfect stay. The house was reasonably priced, updated, clean, very well equipped and a convenient location to LBI. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The owner was accessible and very accommodating. It was great to have linens, towels and many other needs provided. Really enjoyed the backyard with safe fencing and the new dock with accessible kayaks. This was one of the best booking we have ever done. We have 2 very young grandkids, for added safety we brought along a lock to secure the backyard gate, it opens on to to the dock, and the kids personal life vests. I would highly recommend this beautiful lagoon front home! We made memories that will last a lifetime! A Great Beach Home!
