PANORAMIC - Apartment 8E - 23m2 studio apartment with a 6m2 loggia and a 15m2 terrace.
With parking space n.5. Ground floor. South-facing. Views of the canal, green spaces, and Ile des Loisirs.
Living room, kitchenette, sleeping alcove, shower room, separate WC, loggia. WITH REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING.
SLEEPS: Max. 4 people. SLEEPING ALCOVE: 2 bunk beds. LIVING ROOM: 1 double bed.
KITCHENETTE: 2-burner electric hob, 1 tabletop refrigerator, microwave. TV.
BATHROOM: Shower room with shower, sink, and separate WC.
Residence with swimming pool ideally located between the beach and the port, 600m from Richelieu Beach. Close to shops.
The swimming pool is subject to approval by the Syndic and is normally open from mid-June to early September.
A security deposit of €400 is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
Guests/occupants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to check in.
Groups please refrain from booking.
