Located in Guissény, in the north of Finistère, this holiday home welcomes you in the heart of the countryside, in a calm and relaxing environment, ideal for recharging, just a few minutes from the magnificent Vougot beach (20 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by bike) and at the crossroads of numerous hiking trails (including the GR34)



Organised over 3 levels, the house offers a superb sea view from one of the upstairs bedrooms. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 7 travellers.



Outside, a garden of 1500m² where you can enjoy a pleasant dining area framed by beautiful vegetated ruins and protected from prevailing winds, the barbecue is none other than the fireplace of the old farmhouse! Molki and badminton games, sun loungers are at your disposal. In the continuity of the garden, a vast enclosed meadow where, with a bit of luck, you may have a visit from the horses of the equestrian centre.



Inside, once you have passed through the entrance door, you discover a vast and warm living space. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, gas hobs, oven, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. In the evening, relax on the sofa in the living room, by the stove, with shelves filled with books, and for musicians, a piano, a guitar...



On the first floor, you will also find a spacious area with two workstations dedicated to remote working (2 screens available) or family creative games and activities, a bathroom with a bathtub (equipped with a hairdryer and a towel warmer).



The accommodation has three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 – 1st floor: a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 2 – 2nd floor: a double bed (140x190 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm).

Bedroom 3 – 2nd floor semi-open: a Queen Size bed (160x200 cm) and a superb sea view.



Two independent toilets complete the accommodation.



A washing machine, a tumble dryer and an ironing board and iron are also at your disposal.



Finally, you will benefit from four private parking spaces at the entrance of the garden.
