Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Kindly leave key cards on table.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PETS - The property manager strictly enforces this rule, with a $150 fine per pet found anywhere on the property without prior notice.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY except for the one designated smoking area gazebo in the parking lot. Automatic $150 fine no warnings.
Quiet hours 10PM-8AM $25.00 charge per lost keycard. Please, NO hanging items over the railings. (Fine will be enforced) No candles. No parties.

The until was exactly what was pictured and described in the listing. It was perfect for our 2 night stay in Lincoln for Ice Castles. It was very close and convient for the attraction. We brought food with us, but there were plenty of options for dining with in a mile.

The unit was updated and very clean. We used the pool and arcade and my children loved them. The location was perfect to ski, 4 minutes to loon mountain and so close to restaurants and shopping
