Villa stay in Rovinj

This property is located several miles outside Rovinj. Close enough for ease of access but very peaceful and quiet. Bruno’s family has owned the home for 150 years. So it is just full of history and character. The terrace was wonderful to enjoy morning coffee or to feed the neighborhood kitty population. Was so nice to be out in the beautiful country but within 10 minute drive of town. We loved our stay.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung in Rovinj verbracht! Die Unterkunft war sauber und bot eine unglaubliche Ruhe, perfekt um dem Alltag zu entfliehen.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters, der uns mit offenen Armen empfangen hat. Seine Englischkenntnisse erleichterten die Kommunikation ungemein und ermöglichten es uns, viele interessante Informationen ĂŒber die Umgebung zu erhalten.Das Ambiente der Ferienwohnung erinnerte stark an einen Bauernhof. Die Nutztiere in der NĂ€he sorgten fĂŒr eine charmante AtmosphĂ€re.Wir können diese Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen!

Nettes sauberes Apartment in ruhiger, lĂ€ndlicher Lage. KĂŒche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Ausreichend HandtĂŒcher und SpĂŒltĂŒcher bereits vor Ort vorhanden. Outdoor waren die MĂŒcken ein wenig lĂ€stig. - Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

GemĂŒtlich und ruhig mit mediterranen Flair

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wunderschöner Garten. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 10 Min von Rovinj entfernt. Man hat also seine Ruhe in herrlicher Umgebung. Die Tiere vom Hof haben ĂŒberhaupt nicht gestört, im Gegenteil, sie sind Teil des authentisches Flair dieser Wohnung.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und sauber. In der KĂŒche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt sogar ein HandrĂŒhrgerĂ€t, Kuchenformen, Crepepfanne, sehr viele Töpfe, Pfannen und Geschirr. Die Tochter des Vermieters hat uns mit selbstgebackenen Kuchen ĂŒberrascht, es gab hochwertige Schokolade zu Ostern. Drei Schlafzimmer sind vorhanden.

Wir fĂŒhlten uns wie in einer alten italienischen Villa. Sehr ruhige Lage, mehrere Kilometer von Rovinj entfernt, aber nah genug fĂŒr einen praktischen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist seit 150 Jahren im Familienbesitz und strotzt nur so vor Geschichte. Es ist sehr bequem, auch spĂ€t noch zu bleiben, und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Bruno ist ein toller Gastgeber. Jede Menge Platz und die Terrasse ist so toll, um draußen zu sitzen und die Landschaft und Umgebung zu genießen.

Familienbetrieb in lĂ€ndlicher Gegend, sehr nette Vermieter auf dem Bauernhof. Haustiere sind ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem, wer keines hat geht zu den Pferden, Eseln, Ziegen, GĂ€nsen, HĂŒhnern... Völlig Ausreichende Einrichtung im einfachen Standart zur Selbstversorgung. Selbst ein bisschen WLan war da.. Problemchen konnten immer behoben werden, nur der Weg zum Strand ist doch recht weit (5km).
